The FY 12 rates are now available as announced in FTR Bulletin 12-01.

Go to http://www.gsa.gov/
Select 2012 from the dropdown box above the map of the United States in order to see FY 12 rates. On Oct. 1, 2011, the the default setting will change to FY 12.
